5 Tips for Naturally Healthy Skin[wpsm_ads1]
1 Drink plenty of water during the day
Water helps your skin to stay hydrated from the inside out. It also helps to clear toxins and transports oxygen to the skin cells. Drink at least 8 glasses of water during the day.
2 Lower your stress levels
Try daily yoga or meditation for a week and see the difference yourself.
Stress creates hormones that age the skin cells as they damage cells and create toxic bi-products and free radicals. Studies have shown that meditation can effectively lower our stress levels.
3 Get enough sleep
Sleep is the best way to rejuvenate your skin.
Not getting the proper eight to ten hours of sleep consistently will first display on your skin. Lack of sleep causes damaged capillaries, puffiness, and circles beneath the eyes.
4 Remove makeup and wash your face everyday
Leaving makeup on for the night clogs pores on your face and also causes the skin to dry. Chemicals in the makeup can cause blackheads and small white bumps on your skin.
Don’t forget to clean your make up brushes regularly too. Clean your powder brushes every other week and foundation sponges weekly.
5 Take your vitamins
Take vitamins to supplement your skin and body. We can’t always make sure we get 100% of each vitamin and mineral with the foods we eat, but we can take a multivitamin once a day.
Best vitamins and nutrients for your skin include Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Zinc and Omega3 fats.
You can also use natural Vitamin C serum on your skin. It absorbs fast and fights fine lines, wrinkles, and sun damage. Recommended: Art Naturals Vitamin C Serum[wpsm_woobox id=”539″] [wpsm_ads2]
